Billy Ray Cyrus is calling it quits on his latest marriage, less than a year after tying the knot with singer Firerose.
TMZ has obtained court documents revealing that Billy Ray filed for divorce last month, citing irreconcilable differences and “inappropriate marital conduct.”
The couple, who wed in October 2023, had no children together, so there won’t be any child support battles in this split.
Billy Ray is also seeking an annulment, claiming the marriage was obtained by fraud.
The country star set their separation date as May 22, 2024, and gave Firerose a deadline to vacate their home by May 24.
In a somewhat surprising move, he offered her $500 per night for temporary housing over ten days.
